Yes. Cancel from Billing inside the app in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, request a refund from Billing and we return that payment in full and end the subscription. It covers the Contractor / Renovator and Business plans, applies to your first payment, once per company, and is for fair use. Full terms are in the refund policy.
We would rather you try the real product with your real projects and know you can leave with your money. There is nothing to forget and no surprise charge.
No. Sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated at checkout from your billing address, and you can add a tax ID for business purchases.
Your projects stay available read-only for a limited period so you can export them. See the Terms for retention details.
