30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid DevCompanion plan, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of that payment. Claim it from Billing inside the app. We refund the payment to your original payment method and end your subscription immediately.
Conditions
- One claim per company. The guarantee covers your first payment only, not later renewals.
- Applies to the Contractor / Renovator and Business plans. Developer plans are governed by their contract.
- Refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
- Abuse of the guarantee, such as repeatedly signing up new companies to obtain refunds, may result in refusal.
After 30 days
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; payments already made are not refundable except where required by law. [Counsel to review against consumer-protection rules in each jurisdiction served.]
Taxes
Refunds include the tax charged on the refunded payment.
